These Terms of Service govern your use of Sitesy’s managed digital services. By subscribing to any Sitesy service, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Sitesy provides managed web design, hosting, maintenance, SEO and lead generation services on a recurring monthly subscription basis. Full details of what is included are set out in your service agreement and product descriptions.

2. Subscription & Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payment is due at the start of each billing period. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services. All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days’ written notice to info@sitesy.com. No refunds are issued for partial months already billed.

4. Lead Generation

Lead volumes, rankings and enquiry levels will vary over time and are influenced by factors outside Sitesy’s control including market conditions, competition, location and customer demand. The monthly subscription fee is payable for the ongoing provision of managed services and is not contingent on a specific number of leads, enquiries or sales.

5. Intellectual Property

All website designs, content and digital assets created by Sitesy remain the property of Sitesy until full payment has been received. Upon termination, you retain rights to your own business content and data.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sitesy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our maximum liability in any circumstances shall not exceed the total fees paid in the preceding three months.
