These terms govern your use of Sitesy services. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Sitesy provides a managed website (200 pages) and monthly onsite SEO services for UK local businesses. The service is exclusive to one business per local area.

2. Pricing

One-off setup fee: £300 (due at sign-up, non-refundable once build commences)
Monthly subscription: £97/month, billed monthly

3. Cancellation

You may cancel with 30 days written notice at any time. No minimum term. No cancellation fees. Notice must be sent to hello@sitesy.co.

4. Exclusivity

We limit service to one client per defined local area. Areas are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis upon payment. If your area becomes unavailable before your payment is processed, you will receive a full refund.

5. Delivery

Website build typically completes within 10–14 business days of payment. Monthly SEO activities commence in month one and continue each calendar month thereafter.

6. Your Responsibilities

Provide accurate business information, logos, and content when requested
Ensure your domain is accessible or transfer it to us if required
Pay the monthly subscription on time to maintain the service

7. Intellectual Property

The website built for you is yours upon full payment of the setup fee. Sitesy retains the right to display the work in its portfolio.

8. Limitation of Liability

We cannot guarantee specific ranking positions as search engine algorithms are outside our control. We do not accept liability for business loss resulting from changes in search rankings.
